Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Online registration closes May 15th 2012.
* Members of partner associations receive a discount. They receive a promotional code from their association.
** When you register without lunch, it is not possible to order the lunch at a later date. When you register with lunch, it is not possible to cancel just the lunch.
Participation rates include:
· Access to the career fair with booths.
· Participation in presentations and workshops.
· A copy of the BCF Career Guide '12/'13.
· An event bag with usefull information.
· 2 drinks.
Participation in the Career Corner is free of charge, but subject to availablity. It is not possible to make a reservation.
Online registration starts January 2nd 2012 and closes May 15th at which time we also need to have received payment. After this only onsite registration is possible.
Terms of payment
After registration, we will activate your account. This is done manually and not automatically after registration. You will then receive an e-mail containing a link through which you can pay your entrance fee. You will receive your entrance ticket (and lunch voucher, if applicable) by post a few days before the event. Make sure we have your home address. Changes in address can be made through your account on BCFjobs.nl.
Payment of your entrance fee needs to be received no later then May 15th.
If you register without members' discount and in retrospect it appears that you could have received this discount, the discount will not be restituted. If you registered with discount and it later appears that you were not entitled to it, your registration will be cancelled. You will be informed by e-mail if this is the case.
If you cancel before May 1st 2012, you will get a refund minus € 6 administration costs. For international bank accounts additional costs may apply. If you cancel at a later date or in case of no-show there is no restitution. Entrance tickets are personal; it is not possible to let someone else enter with your ticket.
